1. General provisions

This Public Offer is an official proposal by MISSIONARY CO LTD (“the Company”) to provide transportation and logistics services to any person or legal entity (“the Client”) under the terms below.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Company provides international road freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and related logistics services. The Client agrees to pay for the services according to quotations issued by the Company.

3. Acceptance of the offer

The Client accepts the offer by any of the following actions:

• Submitting a request through the website or email; or
• Confirming or signing a quotation/invoice issued by the Company.

4. Rights and obligations

• The Company organizes transportation with due care and in accordance with applicable regulations.
• The Client provides accurate cargo information, documents, access for pickup/delivery, and timely payment.
• The Parties may use electronic communication; such communication has legal force.

5. Prices and payment

Rates are calculated individually for each shipment and communicated in writing (email, quotation, invoice, or contract) before dispatch.

6. Liability

• Liability is governed by applicable law and international conventions (including CMR) where relevant.
• The Company is not liable for delays or losses caused by customs/border procedures, strikes, weather, or other force majeure events.

7. Confidentiality and data protection

The Company processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at privacy.html.

8. Governing law and dispute resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations; failing that, by a competent court of Ukraine.
